Educational Qualifications: (1) 03 Years Engineering Diploma / Engineering Graduate (B.Tech / B.E. in any of the following disciplines:- Telecommunications / Electronic / Electrical / Radio / Computer / Instrumentation / Information Technology from a Central Govt./ State Govt, recognized Institution [OR]
(2) B.Sc. (Electronics) / B.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized University [OR]
(3) Post Graduate M.Sc. in Electronics from a recognized University.

Selection Process: The mode of selection is through an All India Online Competitive Examination. The exam may be conducted in multiple session depending up on the number of candidates. The Online test consist of a single paper of 03 Hours duration (per session in case of multiple sessions) having objective type multiple choice questions, which is to be conducted through online examination mode.
Exam Fee: The prescribed examination fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) for OC/OBC candidates and ₹ 500/- for SC/ST candidates shall be paid through online payment mode (using Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card etc.).
How to Apply: Eligible Indian Nationals Apply Online through BSNL External Exam Online Portal. The Online registration process which is to start from 10/07/2016 and will be closed on 10/08/2016.
